Two decades have gone by since I first started the path of what we call today Body Action. During this 20 years, I have had the opportunity to share this practice in different latitudes, with diverse bodies, generations and communities that have offered their time and energy to build dance together.
Calling for this Intensive Training Residency means not only to study a methodology, but also to hug again those who have been a part of it: dancers that, on a given moment, crossed this training and incorporated it into their own research. This workshop is, above all, a space to give testimony of how dance has built a common memory.
More than celebrating an anniversary, I would like to open a space that testifies the passage and evolution of our first thoughts, a shared territory where study becomes living memory and plants new questions for the following generations.

Participation Requirements:
• Dance Professionals
• Priority will be given to participants (80%) who have attended at least one Body Action workshop anywhere in the world in the past 20 years.
• The participants attending the workshop for the first time (20%) must be professional dancers or students and/or graduates of professional contemporary dance schools.
• Willingness to engage in an intensive, long-term process. (Minimum attendance of 95% required).
Note:
1. Mandatory participation in all 6 weeks of practice.
2. Weekly registration is not allowed.
3. Individual classes are not allowed.
4. The organization will strictly respect the order in which applications are received.
